Return & Refund Policy

At Bhangu Ayurvedic Centre, we prioritize your health and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Opened or used supplements cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, email us at drbhanguayurveda@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Note: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic supplements

  • Products returned after 5 days of delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards

Additionally, returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., oils, creams once opened)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Please contact us if you have any doubts about your specific item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. However, the item must still be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are granted only in specific cases (e.g., wrong or damaged items, approved EU returns). Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
